As a head waiter, my working hours are very irregular. My sleep pattern is also very disturbed, I sleep late at night and I usually have my dinner after work.
My work is also very stressful especially during peak hours, because I have to handle a restaurant full of customers and managing my staff. I suffer from excessive hair drop for more than 6 months.
